We ship worldwide. Default shipping is carried out by regular postal service, which you can conveniently track through the carrier's website. Estimated delivery time - 10-45 days, depending on the destination and customs-related processes. This is safe and reliable way to ship your orders.

Please allow us 3 business days for shipping out. You will receive a confirmation on the listed email with tracking once the parcel goes out.

There is a paid fast delivery service. It usually takes around 5-10 days, the parcel is delivered by a courier to the shipping address. You can add it to your order here → Express shipping

For customers from Germany (DHL) and France (LaPost)

We recommend you to keep an eye on tracking and status of shipping. If there is a direct delivery failure, parcels arrive at the postal office without notification, so you may have to contact or visit the postal office following the listed zip code and pick up the parcel by yourself.

Taxes / Customs Duty

Customs duties or other local-accessed taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient. Packages may be held at the border for inspection or other reasons, which may cause a delay in delivery. 

Return / Lost

The return or resend (at the choice of the recipient) of the order is carried out only if the original parcel was lost due to the fault of the postal service or damaged during delivery and the integrity of the print has been lost.

If the parcel was returned or not received due to the fault of the recipient (for example, incorrect address), no refund will be made.

In case the parcel is delayed, we recommend you contact or visit the post office assigned to your postal code, or ask if your order was delivered by mistake to neighbors, if you still could not find the parcel, you can always contact us and we will try to solve the problem together!
